Positive: The pool was fantastic. And the jacuzzi was amazing as well.

For last minute stay it was ok but wouldn’t recommend or would I stay again . You would assume you would get more privac Positive: Pool , location ,clean , nice open concept. Clean linens. Negative: Lack of privacy was the deal breaker for this property since you open the gate you are being watched , cameras even in pool areas . The entry gate is old and heavy hard to get in and out of drive way . The temperature of the place was extremely hot it took 12 hours to go below 82 degrees and it never went below 72 degrees made the stay not as cool as I would have liked . The bbq gas was out so I had to replace on my own and the igniter on it does not work so a lighter had to be used ( not that safe ) . Outdoor front area needs attention looks abandoned.

This place truly exceeded our expectations! Great location, very clean, thoughtful amenities, so well equipped kitchen, Positive: What a beautiful, spacious clean place! It had all that we needed. We didn’t have to go to to Vons for a few things that we forgot. It truly exceeded our expectation. I have been to Palm Springs this year & I can easily tell that Rita’s place is such a gem! A big big THANk YOU! Negative: I can’t think of anything. I’ve been to so many places & so far this is my favorite.

My husband and I stayed at this house for three months while our own home was undergoing some repairs. This house is clean and spacious with a calm vibe. We enjoyed the spa and the sound of a little waterfall in the pool right outside the living room/bedroom doors. Morning views of sunrise on the mountains are beautiful. Rita was extremely responsive to any questions we had and very welcoming. We would stay again at any properties that Rita and Raffi manage!
